Shelbie + Chris - Portland, Oregon Wedding Photographer
Shelbie and Chris booked their wedding coverage with my about a year ago, and from the moment I heard their plans for their wedding I was obsessed! I love mixing it up with urban flare and Portland is just a fun city in general, so I knew it would be a great event!
Fast forward to April and I found out that I was pregnant (yay!) and my due date is December 8. I immediately started to worry…”what if I don’t make it to my due date!?” Shelbie and Chris were very understanding, I hired a third photographer and backup just in case, and we kept chugging ahead.
November 10 was a beautiful Fall day. Seriously, we couldn’t have gotten any luckier! I was SO proud of myself for being able to photograph their wedding at 36 weeks pregnant and produce some amazing images with the help of Courtney and Eric. I love how different getting ready looked for the guys and the girls. I stayed behind to capture the girls getting dolled up while Courtney and Eric went with the guys to a local bar for some bites and brews!
The ceremony was beautiful and the light through the large windows created an amazing ambiance!
